1) About us

This website is operated by Foiled You Once (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Our store is hosted on Shopify.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Using our website

  • Please use our website lawfully and respectfully.

  • You must not try to damage the site, access it without permission, or misuse any content.

3) Products and colours

We do our best to show products accurately, but:

  • Screen settings can make colours look slightly different in real life.

  • Handmade/personalised items may have small variations — that’s part of what makes them unique.

4) Personalisation details

If you order a personalised item, you are responsible for entering details correctly (names, dates, spelling, etc.).

If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at Foiledyouonce@outlook.com.
We’ll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

5) Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in [GBP] and include VAT.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be made in full before we make and ship your order.

6) Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
We may contact you if we need clarification before making your item.

We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund if:

  • there’s an obvious pricing error,

  • we can’t fulfil the order (e.g., stock/materials issue),

  • we suspect fraud or misuse.

7) Dispatch and delivery

  • Our current processing/dispatch time is: 1–4 business days

  • Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Once a parcel is with the courier, delays can occasionally happen that are outside our control.

8) Returns and refunds

Because many of our items are personalised/made to order, they may not be eligible for returns due to a change of mind (this is common under UK consumer rules).

However:

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within  24 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • If we made an error, we’ll put it right (replacement or refund as appropriate).

For non-personalised items, returns may be accepted within  14 days if unused and in original condition.

9) Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and content on this site belong to Foiled You Once (or are used with permission).
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs/content without written permission.

10) Gift tickets/keepsakes disclaimer (important if you sell ticket-style items)

If you buy a “ticket-style keepsake” or voucher design from us:

  • it is a gift/keepsake item only and does not grant entry to any venue, show, event, or attraction.

11) Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by delivery services,

  • incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer,

  • normal wear and tear,

  • colour differences caused by screens.

Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

12) Privacy

We handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

13) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the website at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales . Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
